Whistleblower protection refers to policies and laws that aim to protect individuals who report information about illegal or unethical activities in organizations or companies. These people are often referred to as whistleblowers or whistleblowers. Protecting whistleblowers is crucial to promote transparency, ethical behavior and the detection of wrongdoing in various areas of society.

In order to ensure the independence of the iMS and avoid conflicts of interest, Faßbender Tenten has decided to set up the iMS externally (ombudsperson).
