Duration of storage
Your data will be stored and published until further notice. In the event of an external order being placed, the data will be deleted from the data carriers by the contractors (e.g. photographers, graphic designers, printers) immediately after completion of the order.

Rights of those affected
According to Art. 13 (2) GDPR, you have the right to information about your data processed by Faßbender Tenten GmbH & Co. KG processed personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), a right to rectification of your personal data (Art. 16 GDPR), a right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) of the data stored by Faßbender Tenten GmbH & Co. KG have been stored, a right to restriction of the same processing (Art. 18 GDPR) by Faßbender Tenten GmbH & Co. KG and a right to withdraw your consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). These rights are limited to processing by Faßbender Tenten GmbH & Co. KG and do not automatically apply to all data passed on to third parties. Further deletion requests may be necessary, e.g. Facebook or Google by yourself.

revocability of consent
The consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. Data processing that has already been carried out thus remains lawful. If a group photo is published, the later revocation of an individual person does not mean that the photo has to be removed.
