Flat rate freight rates for delivery and return
Definition of delivery area: The delivery area is divided into four zones of concentric circles
- Zone 1 includes all towns within a radius of up to 5 km measured from the respective location
- Zone 2 includes all towns within a radius of 5 km to 10 km from the respective location
- Zone 3 includes all towns within a radius of 10 km to 20 km from the respective location
- Zone 4 includes all towns within a radius of 20 km to 30 km from the respective location

All transport prices include tolls and energy costs and are for one journey or one return journey. Transport for large equipment weighing more than 9.9 t is possible on request. All prices include 19% VAT.
For distances of 30 km or more measured from the respective location, a flat rate per kilometer will be charged in addition to the Zone 4 freight charge for each additional kilometer.
This amounts to:
– for devices up to 2.5 t = €1.84 per km
– for devices up to 5.9 t = €2.02 per km
– for large devices with more than 6.0 t = €2.14 per km

Delivery and logistics services at a glance
All transport services rental equipment:
- Loading of the rental equipment (e.g. excavators, wheel loaders, etc.)
- Transport and load securing of the rental equipment, lashing, wedging, etc.
- Transport implementation to destination by truck
- Unloading of the rental device, provision and handover to the customer free curbside
Customer-friendly billing
You pay the freight rate from the location where you conclude the rental agreement, regardless of where the device is actually located at the time of rental! We use the online service of Google Maps to calculate the distance fairly.
Example:
A customer from Bornheim concludes the rental contract in Bonn off, but the device is in Rheinbach . The freight fee is calculated according to Zone 1, although the device is Rheinbach is loaded.
