New customers / first time customers
To rent a rental device, we need a valid ID card or passport from you, including a current registration confirmation. Furthermore, for cash rentals, a deposit must be paid, which depends on the rental price and the length of the rental. Our staff will be happy to inform you of the amount of the deposit when you make your reservation request. When renting for the first time, the deposit must be paid by EC cash/debit card. Upon return, the rental amount due will be offset against the deposit.
Invoice customers / rents on account
Your rental needs are not a one-time thing? Do you need several machines within a specific period? Then a customer/invoice account with Fassbender Tenten the right solution for you. To do this, you open an invoice/customer account with us as a regular customer. Our specialist advisor will be happy to help you fill out the form.
Your big advantage : As a long-term customer/bill customer, you always pay your bills cashless and you do n't have to pay a rental deposit .
vehicle rentals
When renting a vehicle or trailer/work platform, we also require presentation of your valid driver's license and vehicle license!
This is absolutely necessary to ensure that, for example, you are allowed to move the device to be picked up on the road and that you have the appropriate towing vehicle with you.
Separate terms and conditions apply to vehicle rentals.
payment of rental fees
If you do not want to set up a customer account with us, we always ask you to pay the invoice amounts due in cash or by EC Cash, or via. Credit card upon return.
Machine breakage flat rate + theft protection
A flat rate fee is charged for the rental items against machine breakage. Taking out theft protection is also optional . Please refer to our current Mietpartner terms and conditions for the terms of the machine breakage fee.
Equipment delivery and collection
You can pick up and return your rental device yourself at any time. Alternatively, we will of course be happy to deliver it to your desired location for an additional charge in accordance with our logistics service price list and pick it up again after the agreed rental period has expired. Delivery and collection can be booked at any time!
Delivery of the rental device
We always provide you with a clean, fully functional and fully fueled rental device. At the end of the rental period, please return the device to us clean, functional and with a full tank. If you are unable to clean or refuel the device, this is of course part of our service, which we will be happy to do for you for a fee. If we carry out cleaning work or repairs and refill missing fuel quantities, you will be billed for the costs incurred based on actual effort.
Please note the safety instructions on the rental device before renting. Because safety comes first when renting!
You can purchase the necessary protective equipment (PPE) from us.
tariff options
- Short-term tariff: Rentals up to 4 hours within one day
- Fixed tariff: Fixed prices for day, weekend and week
- Flex tariff: If you need it for a longer period of time, we will make you an individual offer tailored to your needs
