A difference you can feel
With the mineral wool board weber.therm MW 035 Fassade express, fully mineral ETICS systems can be installed particularly quickly and economically. This board has a particularly handy format of 80 x 41.5 cm. This makes it smaller and lighter than conventional mineral wool insulation boards, which often weigh up to 30 kg per plate – a difference that is definitely noticeable over the course of a long workday.
Efficient assembly
The mechanical bonding is carried out in a similar way to the mineral wool slats. The adhesive mortar is applied vertically.
The insulation board is embedded in the sprayed adhesive mortar using sliding movements.
The mineral wool panel only needs to be doweled once in the middle. This means that only 3 dowels are required per square meter of surface. This enables work to be carried out quickly with less noise and less material.
After dowelling, the reinforcing mortar can be applied to the insulation boards by machine as usual.
