HR Payroll Specialist / Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) Full-time or Part-time

Your tasks:

Independent execution of payroll and salary accounting, including posting, in close coordination with the financial accounting department.
Implementation of the reporting and certification system
Management of company benefits
Preparation of tax audits and participation in the annual financial statement preparation
Contact person (m/f/d) for employees, social security institutions and authorities in all matters relating to income tax and social security law
Participation in the further development of processes
Taking on special tasks
Managing personnel files

Her strengths:

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on payroll accounting.
Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
Sound and up-to-date knowledge of labor law, income tax law and social security law.
Confident use of MS Office applications
Experience with payroll software, ideally DATEV
