Fassbender Tenten GmbH & Co.KG acquires Reichert Tiefbaustoffe for supply and disposal GmbH

On 29 November 2018, Faßbender took over Tenten GmbH & Co.KG the market competitor from the civil engineering sector, the company Reichert Tiefbaustoffe for supply and disposal GmbH , which has been a civil engineering wholesaler in the region for 110 years.

The company specializes in an extensive range of products from the fields of supply, disposal, gardening and landscaping. The main activities of the Reichert company are currently relocated to East Germany, where the company continues to operate with BayWa AG.

The current location in Bonn -Hardberg will be closed on 1 January 2019. The Reichert workforce will be employed at Faßbender Tenten integrated.

After the opening of the new building materials arena in September 2018 in Düsseldorf - Lierenfeld is the family business Faßbender Tenten now represented with a total of 12 locations in NRW.
