learning goals

The aim is to certify the participants for the production of subsequent reinforcement connections in accordance with the specifications of the German Institute for Structural Engineering:

“The manufacture of reinforcement connections must be carried out by companies that have a qualified manager, a site manager and construction site specialists who are specially trained to carry out the reinforcement connection and who have a valid certificate for this purpose.”

You will be able to carry out subsequent reinforcement connections in hammer-drilled, compressed air-drilled and diamond-drilled holes in accordance with building regulations approval.

Theoretical introduction to the procedure

  • Approval requirements for the processor
  • Required equipment
  • Special conditions for processing injection mortars based on vinyl ester resin FIS RC and epoxy resin based FIS EM Plus


Practical exercise

  • Creating the drill hole (> 1m)
  • Borehole cleaning
  • Filling with injection mortar
  • Inserting the rod
  • Demonstration of anchoring in a diamond-drilled hole


Testing – Acceptance by an independent tester appointed by DIBt
